Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 1 business day to process your order. Expect an email within 24-48 hours to let you know your order is on the way!

FLAT RATE SHIPPING:

Flat rate shipping delivery times vary by carrier, but for domestic shipments, it generally takes 1 to 5 business days for services like USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate and FedEx/UPS options.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and
displayed at checkout.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original
condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at john@chucksusa.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
